Our kennel decide to breed Peruvian hairless dog or Perro sin Pelo del Peru. As recults from breed name,  this breed stemps from South Americe from Peru. This state is known for its historical and cultural monuments from Inca´s era - its old inhabitans.In their days are the first mention of naked dogs apparently. Incas people farmed this breed for religious purpose and also for hunt and as a food. So-called santacts dogs were hiddened when sun was shining and they were walking only at night - for its they was called also Orchidea Incas dogs or Moonflowers dogs (they had a light leather with dark marks).Dogs with dark and hardest leather were using for hunting mainly. This breed exists in a three size:
  • small 
  • middle
  • large.

Nature of Peruvian dogs

Peruvian hairless dogs are very characterful breed.It is very hard  describe to their nature. After standard they should be stand-offish to incomers and to own people friendly.Both our peruvians are friendly to many foreighn men, but they have not like to caress on their heads - they skewed. Peruvians loves all-day contact with their family, and need be in center of course of evants. Nothing mustnt miss to them, mainly when food is near:-). They are very good athletes.Many peruvians loves sport called coursing or agility.

Peruvian hairless dogs are a primitive breed - they are very intelligent dogs. They are not  100% obedience but very origin and loving:-).


Peruvians and allergic people.

Naked dogs are useful for majority allergic or astmatic people, who have allergy only  on dogs coat. It is better, when alergic men can meet this breed before he buy this dog. So we welcome all people to visit us - not only allergic people. Peruvian dog has also coated variety. They isn´t good for allergics but they has the same beautiful nature as naked siblings!
